Terms of Use & License Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Digital Pocket ID ("DiPo", "we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the DiPo mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

These Terms also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the DiPo application distributed through the Apple App Store. In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard EULA available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

2 Subscription Plans

DiPo offers the following plans:

• Free Plan — Rp 0/month. Core features including daily expense tracking, monthly reports, and Face ID security. No time limit.
• DiPo Royal — Rp 9.000/month (auto-renewable). Includes all Free features plus Smart Budget, Savings Goals, Smart Debt Tracker, Smart Currency Conversion, Auto Receipt Scan, priority support, and exclusive features. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

The 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers only. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

3 Billing & Auto-Renewal

Payment for DiPo Royal is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The following applies to all subscribers:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at Rp 9.000/month unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
• The free trial (7 days) automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may vary by region as determined by Apple.

4 How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your DiPo Royal subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. DiPo cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Follow these steps:

After cancellation, you retain access to Royal features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5 Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. DiPo does not process refunds independently.

To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Apple's refund policies apply.

6 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DiPo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

7 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App
• Copy or modify the App or any part of it
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass any subscription or licensing mechanism

8 Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Digital Pocket ID and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The DiPo name, mascot, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Digital Pocket ID.

Your financial data that you enter into the App remains your property. DiPo does not claim ownership of any personal financial data you input.

9 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All financial data you enter into DiPo is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

DiPo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

DiPo is a personal finance tool and does not constitute financial advice. You should consult a qualified financial professional for personalized financial guidance.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Pocket ID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

14 Apple-Specific Terms

As the App is distributed via the Apple App Store, the following terms also apply:

• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
